While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information on our Platform, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings, user-generated content, or other information provided through the Services. Users are responsible for verifying all information before making any decisions.

We may offer verification services for users and properties. Such verification is based on the information provided to us and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by MSC Home.

All content and materials available on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of MSC Home Rental & Real Estate or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Services and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
